Summer is almost here and we're excited to announce our 2026 Summer Camp lineup, featuring Instrument Explorers, Piano and Ukulele camps.

1. Instrument Explorers

Are you struggling to choose the perfect musical instrument for your child? This camp is specifically designed for students who have never taken a music lesson and are unsure about which instrument to play. The program dedicates each day to exploring a different instrument, including piano, guitar, drums, and more. At Westmont Music Academy, we offer lessons for nearly every instrument, and during this week-long camp, participants will gain hands-on exposure to many of them. By the end of the week, your camper is sure to discover their favorite instrument! This camp promises to be a fun and enriching experience for everyone involved.
As a special offer, those who sign up for regular lessons after the camp will receive free book and have their registration fee waived.

​2. Piano Camp

This beginner-only piano camp is designed to introduce young students to the joy of music in a fun, engaging, and encouraging environment. Campers will learn the basics of piano playing, including proper posture and hand position, simple note reading, rhythm, finger coordination, and introductory melodies—all presented in an age-appropriate and easy-to-understand way.
In addition to learning music, students will participate in piano games, rhythm activities, and creative musical crafts that reinforce concepts while keeping learning exciting. By the end of the camp, students will be able to play several familiar songs and feel proud of their progress, building confidence and enthusiasm to continue their musical journey. As a special offer, those who sign up for regular lessons after the camp will receive free book and have their registration fee waived.

​3. Ukulele Camp

Ideal for beginner and intermediate students, this camp is designed to guide participants through all the fundamentals of ukulele playing. Students will learn proper playing posture, tuning, single-note melodies, chords, strumming techniques, and how to care for the instrument. Beginning students will leave the camp with a solid grasp of basic ukulele techniques and a repertoire of popular songs. Instruments will be provided for use during the camp, and as a special offer, those who sign up for regular ukulele lessons after the summer camps will get to keep their instruments.

4. Bucket Drumline Camp

Bucket Drumline Camp is a fun and energetic summer camp for young drummers who want to learn rhythm, teamwork, and the basics of drumline—using buckets! Perfect for beginners, this hands-on camp introduces students to drumming in an exciting, creative, and welcoming environment.
Campers will learn how to keep a steady beat, play simple drumline patterns, work together as a group, and build confidence through music and movement. Using buckets makes learning accessible, engaging, and extra fun—no prior drumming experience needed!
This camp helps students develop coordination, listening skills, focus, and a love for rhythm, all while having a great time with new friends.

Summer Camp Policies

• A non-refundable $75 deposit per student is required to secure your registration. This ensures adequate staffing and materials and cannot be applied to other services. The remaining balance is due one week before the first day of camp.
• Save: Register by Saturday March 31, 2026, to receive $50 off a single camp.
• Multi-Camp Discount: Receive $50 off each additional camp after the first one.
• No pro-rating is available for missed days.

Important: Early Bird and Multi-Camp discounts, are only available when booking directly through the front office. If booking online, the full camp price will be charged at the time of booking.​
