Westmont Music Academy Winter Recital 2024 Info & Sign up Page
Attention WMA Students and Parents,Our Winter Recital is scheduled for Saturday, January 20th, 4pm-7pm and Sunday, January 21st, 2pm-7pm (times subject to change based on participation numbers) at The Hinsdale Covenant Church located at 412 S. Garfield St, Hinsdale, IL 60521.
We will be following the same format as last recital to keep crowds to a minimum and allow ample time for performances. We will be scheduling 20 students per hour time slot. You will not be required to stay for the entire day, just your assigned hour, after which, the audience may exit to allow for the next group of performers and their family to enter the performance hall.
The sign up sheet will open on October 2nd and close on November 3rd. Final approval from your teacher will be needed for anyone who chooses to sign up. Any student who wishes to perform, must be registered before the end of September and be ACTIVE STUDENTS during the month of January. This means if a student chooses to withdraw for January, they can NOT participate in the recital.
Below you will find a list of what day each teacher will be attending recital. We highly recommend signing up on the same day that your teacher is available in case they need to accompany or assist the student. We understand that this may not always be possible, but it is suggested.
Saturday, January 20th 4-7pm :

Sunday, January 21st 2-7pm :
Brian, Seong, Dawn (2-5), Jonathan, Alex, Allen, Linssey, Marija, Mike, Peter, Richard, Sam, Hristo, Svitlana
This year we have chosen to use a sign up sheet, please click below to view the available days and times and sign up for a performance slot. You can also sign up on www.westmontmusicacademy.com website. If you need to adjust your time or day for any reason, you can easily do so from the same place. PLEASE REMEMBER, as we get closer to the performance date, there will be less availability to change your time. The sign up sheet will lock November 3rd.
